Fly Like We Terms and Conditions

By booking/registering you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.

Your booking/registration is confirmed and a contract exists when Fly Like We issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to Fly Like We or an authorized Travel Agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance is the most common add-on item for Fly Like We clients. It covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen emergencies during your trip. Travel insurance protects you from financial liability if an emergency arises and allows you to recoup your travel investment if your trip must be canceled or cut short for any reason.

Insurance is very personal to everyone and will be booked directly with the travel agent. Upon booking, please ask the Travel Agent regarding any insurance questions or rates.

PASSPORT

Canadian Passport Requirements

If you are a Canadian traveler, please ensure you meet the following passport requirements before booking your trip:

Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, as many destinations require this for entry.

  • Blank Pages: Some countries require at least one or two blank pages in your passport for entry and exit stamps.

  • Visa Requirements: Depending on the destination, Canadian passport holders may need a visa. Check with the embassy or consulate of your destination well in advance.

  • Entry & Exit Rules: Some countries may require proof of onward travel, travel insurance, or vaccinations for entry. Be sure to check official government travel advisories.

FLIGHTS

You have the flexibility to book your flights independently or opt for Fly Like We’s assistance in securing your airfare.

- If you choose to book your own flights, you are responsible for ensuring your itinerary aligns with the group’s schedule. Fly Like We is not liable for any missed connections, delays, or cancellations affecting your travel plans.

- If you prefer our assistance, we will coordinate with our travel agent to secure the best available pricing from the airlines. Flight options will be shared with you once pricing is confirmed. You will have a designated timeframe to review and confirm your booking. Full payment for flights will be required upon confirmation to secure your seat.

- Fly Like We acts solely as a facilitator for flight bookings and is not responsible for airline policies, cancellations, delays, or schedule changes. Any modifications to your flight itinerary after booking will be subject to airline rules and fees.

By selecting our flight booking service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

PAYMENTS

Prices, flight options, and availability are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until full payment is made. Airlines, hotels, and travel providers may adjust rates based on demand, availability, or external factors beyond our control. We strongly recommend booking early to secure the best rates and preferred flight options. Any changes in pricing or availability after booking will be communicated promptly, and alternative options may be provided where possible.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of $350 per person is due to the Travel Agent. By providing your credit card details and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorize the Travel Agent to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated credit card in accordance with the terms & conditions.

DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS

There are no card fees associated with this form of payment. Direct Deposits must be made 24 hours prior to the due date to ensure funds are received in time.

LATE PENALTY

Late payments made 2 or more days after the payment date are subject to a penalty charge of $50 per person for processing payments late. All payments should be made on the dates indicated in the payment structure below.

DECLINED PAYMENT

In the event that Fly Like We attempts to process a payment and the transaction is declined, the Company will issue a courtesy email to the Guest notifying them of the declined payment. If the outstanding payment is not remitted within three (3) days from the original due date, a late fee of fifty dollars ($50) will be assessed for that payment period. Should the payment remain outstanding for more than seven (2) days from the initial payment attempt, Fly Like We reserves the right to cancel the Guest’s booking and retain all funds previously paid."

ACCOMMODATIONS

Fly Like We will provide accommodations for the duration of the scheduled experience. Should the guest decide to arrive early or stay after the scheduled experience, guests will be responsible for their accommodations on those days/nights. In the event that a Guest wishes to indulge in room service or causes damage to their room/accommodations, the Guest understands that they are solely responsible for any and all extra charges to their room/account and agrees to settle such balances prior to departure.

In the event that the Guest fails to settle such charges prior to departure, the Guest agrees to indemnify Fly Like We in any situation of property damage or fees that remain unpaid. The Guest grants permission to Fly Like We to charge any unpaid expenses to the card on file belonging to the Guest. In the event that Fly Like We must pursue unpaid fees/damages from the Guest, the Guest will be responsible for all expenses associated with securing such payment, including attorney’s fees.

TRANSFERABILITY

Guest cannot transfer this Agreement or Experience to any other entity or individual. Any potential transfer may only take place with the written permission of Fly Like We.

FALSE REPRESENTATION

At no time shall the Guest make representations, directly or indirectly, to vendors, accommodations, administrators, or any other individual/company that the Guest is somehow affiliated with Fly Like We in an authoritative, management, or administrative role. This includes but is not limited to requesting confidential records and/or information on accommodations, bookings, excursions, etc., from vendors, etc.

OPTIONAL TOURS

During your trip, you'll have the opportunity to participate in several optional tours mentioned above. These tours go beyond the standard tourist experience and are designed to give you a memorable glimpse into local culture, history, and entertainment.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs appearing on the Fly Like We website are used solely as a representation or similar depiction of the possible facilities and attractions, and Fly Like We travelers should not rely on those depictions. Actual facilities and attractions will vary. On some trips, Fly Like We may hire a photographer to take pictures of the travelers, activities, and attractions. By booking a trip with Fly Like We, you agree to grant Fly Like We permission to use photos of you taken during the trip by the Fly Like We photographer on our website and social media platforms for marketing purposes only. Fly Like We may, in its sole discretion, make the pictures available to travelers as part of the trip or as an additional cost. In the event you upload your photos to the Fly Like We website, any upload grants a perpetual license to Fly Like We to use your photos for marketing purposes.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND ONLINE FORUMS

Guests are encouraged to share their Experience with the world! (If the Guest chooses to do so, we’d love to be tagged!) The Guest agrees not to publish any disparaging comments, posts, or photos with respect to Fly Like We, the host destination, as well as fellow Guests.

AUTHORIZATION

Fly Like We may engage professional photographers or videographers to document various aspects of your travel experience. By participating in a Fly Like We trip, the Guest expressly and irrevocably grants the Company, along with its assignees, licensees, legal representatives, and transferees, the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish the Guest’s likeness for commercial and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the use of photographs, videos, portraits, and other visual representations in any format or media, whether now known or developed in the future. Such media may be used for purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, publicity, social media, promotional materials, and other lawful business activities as determined by the Company.

PRIVACY POLICY

By accessing the Fly Like We website and booking a trip through Fly Like We, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Fly Like We’s Privacy Policy. You expressly authorize Fly Like We to transmit your personal information to third-party suppliers as necessary for the fulfillment of travel arrangements and related services. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in Fly Like We’s Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at

COPYRIGHT

Fly Like We is a registered service mark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. All names, trademarks, service marks, logos, content, materials, and proprietary information associated with Fly Like We are protected by intellectual property laws. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior express written consent of Fly Like We.

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Fly Like We operates as an independent limited liability company, acting solely as an intermediary for travel services provided by third-party suppliers. These third-party suppliers are independent entities and are not agents, employees, representatives, partners, or joint venturers of Fly Like We. The Company maintains separate contractual agreements with each supplier to facilitate the provision of trip-related services.

All services rendered by third-party suppliers are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in their respective agreements, as well as the laws and regulations of the countries where such services are provided. Copies of the third-party supplier terms and conditions are available upon request.

By booking with Fly Like We, you acknowledge and agree that neither the Company nor its representatives shall be held liable for any damage, loss (including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or property damage), or expenses arising from any act, omission, or negligence of third-party suppliers.

In the event that services included in your itinerary cannot be provided after your departure due to circumstances beyond Fly Like We’s control, the Company will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative, comparable services. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Like We, along with its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be held liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any claims, injuries, damages, losses, delays, additional expenses, or inconveniences arising directly or indirectly from the acts, omissions, or defaults—whether negligent or otherwise—of other travelers, third-party service providers, or any entities over whom Fly Like We has no direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, events resulting from force majeure or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fly Like We.

The limitations of liability outlined in these Terms and Conditions apply equally to Fly Like We’s affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents. This provision does not transfer to Fly Like We any responsibility for costs, fees, or obligations that are explicitly identified as the Guest’s responsibility elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.

Where Fly Like We’s liability cannot be lawfully excluded, and where such liability may be limited under applicable law, the Company’s liability shall be restricted to the extent required by such law.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking a trip with Fly Like We, the Guest acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with their travel. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage or loss, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions.

The Guest expressly releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to bring any legal action against Fly Like We, its affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives for any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to any loss, damage, injury, or incident occurring during or as a result of participation in the travel experience. This includes, but is not limited to, risks associated with transportation, accommodations, excursions, and activities.

This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law and applies regardless of whether such incidents result from the negligence of Fly Like We or its representatives.

By confirming their booking, the Guest affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver, and acknowledges that it forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing their trip with Fly Like We.
