Flexible Payment Plans for Your Fly Like We Experience

We make booking your dream trip easy with flexible payment options to fit your budget. Choose from:

  • Full Payment – Pay in full at the time of booking for a hassle-free experience.

  • 3 Installment Plan – Spread your payments across three equal installments.

  • Monthly Payment Plan – Make smaller, manageable payments each month leading up to your trip.

 

Direct Deposit Payments

No card fees apply. Direct deposits must be made 48 hours before the due date to ensure timely processing.

Credit card payment

By providing your credit card details and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorize the Travel Agent to arrange for funds to be charged to your nominated credit card, in accordance with the terms & conditions. A 3.5% fee will be applied only to credit card payments.

Late penalty

Late payments made 2 or more days after the payment date are subject to a penalty charge of $50 per person for processing payments late. All payments should be made on the dates indicated in the payment structure below.

Payment must be completed 35 days prior to departure.

By registering with Fly Like We, you acknowledge that you have read, understand the Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.

Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when Fly Like We issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount, deposits are non-refundable. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to Fly Like We immediately.
